Hotel design
One of the main activities of our architecture studio is the specialization in the hotel design.
First, since we are specialized in solving specific normative restrictions, we approach the project by knowing that the company will be successful only if the building project has been well optimized.
We start from an early analysis of feasibility connected to the profitability and typology of the structure, then study a model aimed at the maximum optimization of the entire project, defined by the dimensions of the category of the services.
Interior design is one of the most important aspects in the hotel design because it gives particularity to our work.
We always try to create a contemporary design project that transmits strong emotion along with an esthetically high comfort space that lasts.
- Grand Hotel Europa Tyrol (Innsbruck) - 2007/2010 The renovation project concerns the entire building, communal spaces and 80 guest rooms. Work in progress.
- Grand Hotel Europa Tyrol (Innsbruck) - 2009 Project for addition of extra storeys.
- Grand Hotel Europa Tyrol (Innsbruck) - 2008 Project for addition of extra storeys.
- Hotel Renaissance Marriott Mezzocammino (Rome) - 2008/2012 New four star hotel with 340 guest rooms, conference hall, offices and SPA. Work in progress.
- Hotel Renaissance Marriott Mezzocamino (Rome) - 2008/2012 Landscape project. Work in progress.
- Hotel Adriano (Rome) - 2008/2009 Renovation project for hotel with 40 guest rooms. Realizzato.
- Zone Hotel (Rome) - 2005/2009 Renovation project for the hotel: new guest rooms, new bar lounge restaurant with external space. New reception lobby.
- Hotel Cesari (Rome) - 2006/2007 Project for new breakfast terrace lounge in preexisting hotel.
- Hotel Valadier e terrace lounge Hires (Rome) - 2005/2007 Renovation project for 12 guest rooms, corridors and new restaurant lounge bar with panoramic terrace.
- Black Hotel (Rome) - 2004/2006 An elegant box is the concept of this design hotel.
- Struttura ricettiva a Collegno (Turin) - 2002/2008 Transformation of ex-Savonera Hospital into a new hotel and residence. 140 suites, 100 apartments for the residence.
- Hotel Cetarium - Castellammare (Trapani) 2002 An ancient tuna-fishing has been transformed into a hotel with internal square and restaurant.
- Hotel Mercure - Rome 2000/2003 Project to transform a public building into a four star hotel with 113 guest rooms.
- Hotel Amyclae - Sperlonga (Latina) 2002 Project to renovate lobby, dining hall and private beach area in an existing hotel.
- Hotel Art - Rome 2001/2002 Conversion project for ex "hall of residence" with church into a new 4 star hotel with 46 guest rooms, fitness and wellness center and internal court.
- Hotel Monte Tauro - Taormina 2002 Renovation project of an existing hotel, working plan and furniture design for 120 guest rooms, communal spaces, foyer, restaurant and pool.
- Empire Palace Hotel - Rome 2000 Renovation project for a four star residential building.
- Eurohotel - Fiano Romano (Rome) 1999 Request for planning permission and first phase project to build an extension to the existing hotel.
- Comparto Z2 - Collatina (Rome) 1999 Project design for new building as a hotel, Holyday Inn Express.
